Urdaneta City University proudly congratulates its 𝟯𝟬 𝗻𝗲𝘄𝗹𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗲𝗿𝘀 for achieving a 𝟭𝟬𝟬% 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗥𝗮𝘁𝗲 in the 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗟𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗘𝘅𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, surpassing the 76.27% National Passing Rate.

𝗙𝘂𝗿𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗿𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗨𝗖𝗨 𝗶𝘀 𝗮𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗮𝗻𝗸 𝟭 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝟭𝟬–𝟱𝟬 𝗲𝘅𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝘁 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝗻 𝟴𝟬% 𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗲.
