The Information Technology Department is very proud to have one of its faculty members, Dr. Elbert M. Galas, to be elected as the 7th University President of the Pangasinan State University.

Before being elected as the 7th University President, Dr. Galas served as Department Chair, Campus Executive Director, Quality Assurance Director, Vice President for Quality Assurance Office and Vice President for Administration and Linkages. Being at the helm of these offices, Dr. Galas substantially contributed to the attainment of the University’s institutional certifications such as ISO 9001:2015, and earning the Philippine Quality Award.

We are assured that the University will soar higher in the fulfillment of the University’s thrusts with the new vision of our 7th University President.

Congratulations, Dr. Elbert M. Galas! We wish you greater success and more accomplishments!
