The Office of the Campus Registrar reminds all students who are candidates for graduation for Midyear 2026 to submit the required documents for graduation processing on or before September 7, 2026.

In view of Malacanang Memorandum Circular No. 133 and in consideration of the heavy rainfall warnings issued by PAGASA, Pangasinan State University shall adopt appropriate measures to ensure the safety and welfare of its students and personnel while maintaining the continuity of essential academic and administrative operations.

As per OP Memorandum Order No. 185, s. 2026 signed by University President Dr. Elbert M. Galas, the following arrangements shall be observed:

𝑪𝒍𝒂𝒔𝒔 𝑨𝒓𝒓𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔

* If the concerned LGU announces the suspension of face-to-face classes, the University shall adopt the asynchronous mode of instruction

* If the LGU declares a total suspension of classes, no alternative learning mode (synchronous or asynchronous mode) shall be conducted for the duration of the suspension

𝑾𝒐𝒓𝒌 𝑨𝒓𝒓𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔

*All University officials, teaching and non-teaching personnel shall adopt a Work-from-Home arrangement, except for security personnel. All personnel under WFH arrangement shall remain accessible during official working hours.

All concerned are hereby directed to be guided accordingly.

Hindi lamang pagsunod sa pamantayan, kundi patuloy na paghahangad ng mas mahusay na serbisyo—ito ang pinagtitibay ng Pangasinan State University – Urdaneta City Campus sa pagsasailalim nito sa ISO 9001:2015 Extension Audit 2026 noong Agosto 17, 2026.

Sa pamamagitan ng onsite audit, isinagawa ang pagsusuri sa mga proseso at sistema ng kampus kaugnay ng Quality Management System (QMS). Pinangunahan ni 𝐃𝐫. 𝐑𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐨 𝐄. 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐜𝐞𝐝𝐨, 𝐂𝐄𝐒𝐄, Pangalawang Pangulo, Tanggapan ng Lokal at Internasyonal na Ugnayan at Ehekutibong Direktor, Lungsod Urdaneta Kampus, ang pagbubukas ng programa, habang nagpaabot ng mensahe si 𝐌𝐬. 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐛𝐞𝐭𝐡 𝐂. 𝐋𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐧̃𝐚𝐬, Lead Auditor. Nagsilbing mga auditor sina 𝐌𝐫. 𝐇𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐨 𝐉. 𝐂𝐚𝐩𝐢𝐥𝐢 at 𝐃𝐫. 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐨 𝐂. 𝐑𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐫, na nagsagawa ng pagsusuri upang matiyak ang patuloy na pagsunod sa mga itinakdang pamantayan.

Sa bawat audit, isang pagkakataon ang nabubuksan upang masukat ang mga naabot at matukoy ang mga susunod pang hakbang tungo sa pagpapahusay. Sa pagpapatuloy ng ISO journey nito, pinatitibay ng PSU Urdaneta City Campus ang kultura ng kalidad, episyensya, at patuloy na pag-unlad para sa mas maayos at maaasahang serbisyo.

Noong Agosto 14, 2026, matagumpay na isinagawa ng Pangasinan State University – Urdaneta City Campus ang General Orientation for New Students para sa Taong Panuruan 2026–2027 na may temang “Ready, Set, College!”

Isinagawa online sa pamamagitan ng Zoom, layunin ng oryentasyon na pormal na tanggapin ang mga bagong miyembro ng komunidad ng PSU at bigyan sila ng mahahalagang kaalaman tungkol sa mga patakaran, serbisyo, akademikong kapaligiran, at mga platapormang makatutulong sa kanilang paglalakbay bilang mga estudyante ng unibersidad.

Naging mahalagang pagkakataon din ang aktibidad upang maging pamilyar ang mga bagong PSUnians sa mga taong, tanggapan, at serbisyong magiging bahagi ng kanilang buhay sa unibersidad. Sa kanilang pagsisimula sa kolehiyo, hinikayat silang maging aktibo, bukas sa mga bagong karanasan, at handang matuto at umunlad.

Sa pagsisimula ng panibagong yugto, nawa’y maging makabuluhan, masaya, at puno ng mga tagumpay ang kanilang paglalakbay sa PSU.

📢 ADDING/DROPPING AND CHANGING OF SUBJECTS

Please be informed that the Adding/Dropping and Changing of Subjects is scheduled on Monday, August 24, 2026.

🌧️ Due to the prevailing bad weather, students may, for the meantime, check the available subjects and their corresponding class codes through the link provided in the comment section.

Before selecting a subject, students are advised to check and ensure that their preferred subject/course:

✅ Does not conflict with the schedule of their existing enrolled subjects; and
✅ Does not have a prerequisite that they have not yet completed.

Students are encouraged to review the available subjects and take note of their preferred class codes in advance to facilitate a smoother and faster transaction once the Adding/Dropping and Changing of Subjects begins.
