[ADVISORY]

In accordance with the Collegiate Academic Calendar, please be advised that classes and work will be suspended on September 28, 2026 (AFTERNOON) starting 1:00 PM.

This suspension is issued pursuant to PROCLAMATION NO.60, SERIES OF 1992, which declares the last week of September of every year as ‘’FAMILY WEEK’’.

Furthermore, this suspension also recognizes the Proclamation No. 326, series of 2012, which declares the fourth Monday of the Month of September as ‘’Kainang Pamilya Mahalaga Day’’ relative to the observance of the 34th National Family Week.

However, essential services, if any, will maintain their operational schedules as deemed necessary by their respective heads.

[ANNOUNCEMENT] Online Clearance and Guidelines for Sunday Exam

Due to the online clearance issue encountered today, the processing of clearance will still extend on Sunday.

For the Sunday scheduled exam, all faculty members are requested to exercise leniency for students affected by this delay. However, please be reminded that exam scores will not be posted if a student is unable to present a valid test permit within the week.

Your understanding and cooperation regarding this matter are greatly appreciated.

Access the portal now: clearancerequest.pcf.edu.ph or scan the QR code below. And please take note of the following steps:
1. Open/ Click the link: clearancerequest.pcf.edu.ph or scan the QR code.
2. Log in using your existing Student Portal credentials.
3. Once logged in, follow the required sequence of signatories as indicated on your online clearance dashboard.
4. After completing all clearance requirements, students must proceed to the Accounting Office to secure your test permit.
