TAU GAMMA PHI – SAN FRANCISCO CHAPTER
Valenzuela Triskelions' Grand Council
This serves as an official notice to all members and concerned parties that, pursuant to the Chapter Resolution and after due process, Mr. Justine "Kokuu" Marfil has been formally expelled from the Tau Gamma Phi – Triskelions Grand Fraternity, effective immediately.
The decision was reached following documented findings of repeated violations of the fraternity's Tenets, Code of Conduct, and Chapter House Rules, including but not limited to:
Continuous neglect of fraternity duties and responsibilities.
Failure to fulfill required chapter financial obligations.
Lack of participation and commitment despite repeated reminders, summons, and opportunities to comply.
As a result of this decision:
His membership is permanently terminated.
All rights, privileges, and recognition as a Triskelion are hereby revoked.
He is no longer authorized to represent, participate in, or wear any official insignia of Tau Gamma Phi.
He is not permitted to join or be welcomed by any legitimate Tau Gamma Phi Chapter.
This action was taken in accordance with the principles of accountability, discipline, and the preservation of the integrity and values of the fraternity.
We encourage all members to continue upholding the Tenets of Tau Gamma Phi with honor, unity, and responsibility.
