As of 8:00 AM on September 11, 2026, two Low Pressure Areas outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility are being monitored. LPA 09b has a medium chance of upgrading into a tropical depression within 24 hours, whereas LPA 09c is unlikely to develop into a tropical depression during the same period. Everyone is advised to keep track of updates from DOST-PAGASA.

As of 8:00 AM today, 11 September 2026, a Low Pressure Area (LPA 09b) is being monitored OUTSIDE the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) and has a MEDIUM chance of developing into a tropical depression within the next 24 hours.

Meanwhile, another Low Pressure Area (LPA 09c) is being monitored OUTSIDE the PAR and is UNLIKELY to develop into a tropical depression within the next 24 hours.

All are advised to monitor updates from DOST-PAGASA.

HEAVY RAINFALL WARNING NO. 26

Due to the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat), a Yellow Warning Level is in effect over parts of Zambales, with possible flooding in flood-prone areas.

Light to moderate rains with occasional heavy rainfall are also expected over Metro Manila and nearby provinces within the next three hours. The public is advised to remain alert, monitor weather conditions, and take necessary precautions.

Please stay updated and watch for the next rainfall warning to be issued at 2:00 PM today.
