On April 29, 2026, SMACV equipped its School Heads through the Instructional Leadership Development Program with the theme, “𝗦𝗠𝗔𝗖𝗩: 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴: 𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻.” Held at Saint Mary's Angels College of Pampanga (SMACP), the session was facilitated by Ms. Edita Sagmit, who emphasized the importance of aligning the institution’s vision, mission, core values, and organizational structure with effective management practices. She highlighted that as the system continues to evolve, its policies and procedures must also adapt to meet changing demands and challenges.

Ms. Sagmit also discussed the “superpowers” of school heads by presenting various scenarios where these leadership strengths can be applied effectively to improve services and better support all stakeholders.

Aside from the seminar, the SMACV School Heads were also given the opportunity to tour the SMACP campus. SMACV extends its heartfelt gratitude for the warm welcome and generous accommodation extended throughout the visit.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗝𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘆 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝘂𝗲𝘀: 𝗔 𝗟𝗲𝗴𝗮𝗰𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 🏀

We recently had the privilege of sharing the story behind our hardcourt success from 𝗦𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗸𝗮𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗗𝗪𝗔𝗥 𝗔𝗯𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗲 𝗥𝗮𝗱𝘆𝗼 hosted by the PBA Legend, Sir Jerry Codiñera and Sir Gerry Esplana. Our very own Coach John Velasquez sat down to discuss the grit, the challenges, and the triumphant moments that have defined the Saint Mary’s Angels College of Valenzuela Inc. High School Basketball team.

Sir Chris Lim recently led an impactful theater workshop, bringing his expertise directly to our students! They dove deep into the nuances of presentational vs. representational acting—exploring the balance between direct audience engagement and the raw, internal life of a character.

It was an incredible day of growth, discipline, and artistic discovery. We cannot wait to see these skills brought to life on stage!
