𝑺𝑨𝑭𝑬 𝑻𝑶𝑫𝑨𝒀, 𝑹𝑬𝑨𝑫𝒀 𝑭𝑶𝑹 𝑻𝑶𝑴𝑶𝑹𝑹𝑶𝑾!

Two Saturdays, two groups of students, and one goal—to learn something that we might actually need someday.

Last September 19, 𝐕𝐄𝐑𝐀𝐈𝐋 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐄𝐓𝐒 𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐜 𝐅𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐀𝐢𝐝 & 𝐋𝐢𝐟𝐞-𝐒𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐑𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐰𝐚𝐲 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐲 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬. Then September 26, it was the turn of 𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝑯𝑽𝑨𝑪𝑹 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑨𝒖𝒕𝒐𝒎𝒐𝒕𝒊𝒗𝒆 𝒔𝒕𝒖𝒅𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔 𝒕𝒉𝒓𝒐𝒖𝒈𝒉 𝑯𝑬𝑨 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑺𝑬𝑻𝑺.

Both activities were held at the AVR with KaVolunteer Konek, where our students got to learn and practice basic first aid, life-saving support, and proper emergency response.

𝘼 𝙗𝙞𝙜 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙣𝙠 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙩𝙤 𝙆𝙖𝙑𝙤𝙡𝙪𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙚𝙧 𝙆𝙤𝙣𝙚𝙠 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙨𝙥𝙚𝙣𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙨𝙚 𝙩𝙬𝙤 𝙎𝙖𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙙𝙖𝙮𝙨 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙪𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙨𝙝𝙖𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙠𝙣𝙤𝙬𝙡𝙚𝙙𝙜𝙚. And to 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐑𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐰𝐚𝐲, 𝐇𝐕𝐀𝐂𝐑, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐀𝐮𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 who showed up, participated, and gave their time—thank you. The activities would not feel the same without you.

Most importantly, thank you to 𝑽𝑬𝑹𝑨𝑰𝑳, 𝑯𝑬𝑨, 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑺𝑬𝑻𝑺 for working together and making these student-led initiatives happen.

Two events done. A lot learned. Hopefully, skills we’ll never have to use—but will always be ready to use if needed. ❤️

📢 ADVISORY | MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 136

Please be informed that, pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 136, s. 2026, work in all agencies and instrumentalities of the National Government, including government-owned and -controlled corporations and state universities and colleges, shall be suspended on September 28, 2026, starting at 1:00 PM.

This is in observance of the 34th National Family Week and “Kainang Pamilya Mahalaga” Day.

✨ 𝑨 𝑫𝑨𝒀 𝑶𝑭 𝑳𝑬𝑨𝑫𝑬𝑹𝑺𝑯𝑰𝑷, 𝑪𝑶𝑵𝑵𝑬𝑪𝑻𝑰𝑶𝑵, 𝑨𝑵𝑫 𝑵𝑬𝑾 𝑩𝑬𝑮𝑰𝑵𝑵𝑰𝑵𝑮𝑺 ✨
A meaningful gathering filled with engagement, collaboration, and purpose as the Society of Engineering Technology Students (SETS) of Valenzuela City Technological College comes together to strengthen its community and welcome another chapter of student leadership.

From the introduction of SETS officers to the presentation of the organization’s financial report, upcoming activities, and official organization shirt, every moment reflected the values of transparency, responsibility, and active student participation.

The event also gave students the opportunity to raise their voices, share their ideas, ask questions, and connect with fellow future engineering technologists. More than an assembly, it was a reminder that a strong organization is built through unity, accountability, and a shared commitment to growth.

Cheers to a new chapter of leadership, innovation, service, and excellence.

As SETS continues to grow, may its leaders remain committed to leading with character, accountability, and purpose—because leadership is not simply about reaching goals, but inspiring others along the way.
