The elderly celebration at the 𝗕𝗮𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗱 𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘂𝗲 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗱 𝗱𝘂𝗲 due to time 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁. We experienced delays in completing the processing of the recipient-specific barangay coordination, which limited our ability to send the necessary communication to the Bacolod LGU on time. This prompted us to change the venue and proceed with the original recipients or beneficiaries of our Filipino elderly celebration.
