Interested applicants may submit the ff: documents at OSSFACDPS until September 3, 2026, 12:00 noon!
1. Two (2) Certified true copies of ( Certificate of Enrolment (COE), 1st Semester 2026-2027.
2. Certified True copies of grades in Senior High School.
3. Original copy of Certificate of good moral.
4. Photocopy of Income Tax Return.
5. Certification of no scholarship enjoyed for the school year 2026-2027.
6. Medical examination results.

2. Two (2) Certified true copy of COE for 2nd Sem 2024-2025 and validated School ID (colored)

FINAL CALL to the ff TES Batch 13.1 grantees, release of unclaimed subsidies for 1st and 2nd Semesters SY 2024-2025 and Batch 15, 1st sem 2025-2026 are scheduled on SEPTEMBER 2, 2026, 1:30 pm. CatSU Main Building lobby.

1. Original School ID validated for the 1st and 2nd Semester 2024-2025 ( TES Batch 13.1) and 1st Sem 2025-2026 for TES Batch 15.
2. Two (2) photocopies of validated School ID ( colored)
3. Blue ballpen
4 For grantees who have graduated and lost their School ID , a Certified True Copy of the COE for the semester for financial assistance must be submitted together with government issued ID with 3 signatures or secure issuance of ID at CBO.
5. Authorized representatives who are not immediate member of the family of grantee may secure Special Power of Attorney ( SPA).

Tulong Dunong Program (TDP) Batch 3.0, 1st Semester 2025-2026 release of subsidy is scheduled on SEPTEMBER 2, 2026 8:00-12:00 in the morning to be held at CatSU Main building. Grantees are required to bring the ff:

1. Original School ID validated for the 1st Semester 2025-2026.
2. Two (2) photocopies of validated School ID ( colored)
3. Blue ballpen
4. For grantees who have graduated and lost their School ID , a Certified True Copy of the COE for the semester for financial assistance must be submitted together with government issued ID with 3 signatures or secure issuance of ID at CBO.
5. Authorized representatives who are not immediate member of the family of grantee may secure Special Power of Attorney ( SPA) in 3 copies.

LIST OF TES BATCH 2 ( Simplified Batch 13.1) for Ist Semester 2025-2026. Pls submit documentary requirements at OSSFACDPS for ATM payrol preparation starting September 8, 2026. The ff docs should be complete:
1. Two ( 2) Certified photocopies of COE 1st Semester 2025-2026.
2. Two (2) photocopies of School ID validated 1st Semester 2025-2026.
3. Please submit proof that ATM is active.
If ATM is closed please re-apply at Landbank.

NOTICE OF RELEASE of Tertiary Education Subsidy ( TES ) Batch 1.1, (continuation ) Ist Semester SY 2025-2026 is scheduled August 26 , 2026 8:00-12:00/1:00-5:00 at CatSU Main Bldg. Grantees need to bring the following:
1. Original School ID validated for the 1st Semester 2025-2026.
