𝗦𝗘𝗘 𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗦 | CatSU senior BS Entrepreneurship students sharpened their skills in market-ready packaging and labelling during a clinic conducted by the CatSU Entrepreneurship Incubation Center (CEIC) in partnership with DTI-Catanduanes on September 17 at the CatSU Extension Training Hall.

DTI specialists discussed packaging standards, labelling requirements, and compliance, while also providing consultations to student business groups to help improve their products and prepare them for market.

The Catanduanes State University Entrepreneurship Incubation Center (CEIC), in collaboration with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI)–Catanduanes, conducted a Packaging and Labelling Clinic for senior BS Entrepreneurship students on September 17, 2026, at the CatSU Extension Training Hall.

CatSU President Dr. Gemma G. Acedo underscored the importance of providing students with practical knowledge and skills essential to their entrepreneurial journey, while recognizing the efforts of the College and CEIC in supporting students as they transition into business implementation.

Meanwhile, DTI-Catanduanes Provincial Director Maria Belma Escueta, in her message, reaffirmed the agency’s continuing partnership with CatSU in promoting entrepreneurship development and preparing future entrepreneurs.

DTI Senior Trade and Industry Development Specialist Ma. Irene M. Andes served as resource speaker and discussed essential packaging and labelling standards and compliance requirements. She also conducted consultations with student business groups, providing practical recommendations to improve their product presentation and compliance.
