To all the future LPTs, this is more than just an exam it is the culmination of every sacrifice, sleepless night, silent prayer, and moment you chose to keep going despite the fear. May you walk into that room with faith in everything youโ€™ve worked so hard for. Whatever happens, remember that youโ€™ve already come so far. Now, go and claim the title youโ€™ve been praying for. ๐Ÿคโœจ

Good luck, future LPTs!

๐ˆ๐ ๐๐‡๐Ž๐“๐Ž๐’ | August 6, 2026 turned the WMSUโ€“College of Sports Science and Physical Education (CSSPE) into a carnival of games, laughter, friendly competition, and way too much energy to stay still! ๐ŸŽŸ๏ธ๐Ÿ’™

Our freshies came ready to playโ€”and CSSPE came ready to put their skills to the test! ๐ŸŽฏ From the unpredictable drops of ๐™‹๐™ก๐™ž๐™ฃ๐™ ๐™ค, the precision challenge of ๐˜พ๐™ค๐™ซ๐™š๐™ง ๐™ฉ๐™๐™š ๐™Ž๐™ฅ๐™ค๐™ฉ, the hand-eye chaos of ๐™‚๐™ค๐™ค๐™™๐™ก๐™ช๐™˜๐™  ๐™›๐™ค๐™ง ๐™‚๐™š๐™ฉ๐™ฉ๐™ž๐™ฃ๐™œ ๐™ˆ๐™ฎ ๐™ƒ๐™–๐™ฃ๐™™๐™จ, to the bounce-and-shoot action of ๐˜ฝ๐™ค๐™ช๐™ฃ๐™˜๐™š ๐™Ž๐™๐™ค๐™ค๐™ฉโ€”every game had its own way of bringing out the competitor in everyone. ๐Ÿ€๐ŸŽช

And yes, we came prepared with a Photo Booth, because some moments deserve more than just a memoryโ€”they deserve receipts. ๐Ÿ“ธโœจ

But beyond the prizes, the games, and the carnival chaos, this was about giving our newest CSSPE members their first taste of the community theyโ€™re now part ofโ€”one built on movement, camaraderie, competition, and having a good time while doing it. ๐Ÿ’™

A carnival this lively doesnโ€™t happen by accident. Huge appreciation to our CSSPE Student Council and student volunteers for bringing the vision to life, keeping the energy up, and making sure our freshies had a welcome worthy of the CSSPE name. ๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿ”ฅ

๐ŸŽŸ๏ธ Freshies, consider this your first official CSSPE memory.

Youโ€™ve stepped into the carnival. Now, letโ€™s see where you move next. ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธ๐ŸŽช๐Ÿ’™

โœจ Brains, beauty, and brillianceโ€”what a remarkable combination.

A huge congratulations to KC Adjawie for being crowned 1st Runner-Up in the Miss Q&A Open House Competition! ๐Ÿ‘‘๐Ÿค

You stepped onto the stage with confidence, spoke with purpose, and proved that true beauty shines brightest through intelligence, authenticity, and grace. Every answer reflected your courage, wit, and the heart you carry beyond the spotlight.

We're incredibly proud of you and can't wait to see all the stages you'll conquer next. Keep shining, keep speaking your truth, and keep making us proud.

Congratulations once again, KC Adjawie! We are incredibly proud of you, and we'll always be cheering you on. ๐Ÿ‘‘โœจ

The spotlight flickered, the music roared, and the circus found its main attraction.

This wasn't a performance built on luckโ€”it was built on every late-night practice, every correction, every bruise, and every moment we chose to keep going. When the curtains rose, all that hard work finally had its time to shine, and every beat reminded us why we never gave up.
