The Encampment Training and Reception Rites for Senior Criminology Officers was successfully held last August 23โ25, 2025 at Ferndale Colleges Zamboanga Peninsula Inc., Mercedes Campus.
This 3-day activity aimed to develop discipline, leadership, unity, and resilience among Criminology Officers while instilling the values of professionalism and teamwork. ๐ช
The program officially opened with a thorough inspection, followed by the Reception Rites which welcomed the new Senior Criminology Officers into their roles. The first day was filled with learning activities such as Basic Life Support Training, lectures on Professional Conduct and Ethical Standards, Memo Writing, and Team Building games and exercises that challenged both mind and body.
On the second day, participants engaged in a Leadership Lecture, enjoyed the fun yet competitive Amazing Race/Laro ng Lahi, and showcased their talents and creativity during the Performance Night, which concluded with the Awarding of Certificates.
The final day wrapped up with a traditional Reveille and morning jog, emphasizing physical fitness, discipline, and unity. ๐ค
