Pilar College stands tall at the CEAP Zamboanga City Volleyball Games! ✨

Our Male Volleyball Team battled fiercely in a high-stakes showdown, securing 4th place after an intense round losing to ICAS De Calarian (13-25, 22-25).

Every rally was a war of wills—diving saves, powerful spikes, and unbreakable defense kept the crowd on edge till the final point!

Our Female Volleyball Team delivered pure heart and fire, clinching 4th place in an epic two-set thriller against St. Joseph (17-25, 24-26).
They rallied from behind with clutch blocks, precise serves, and relentless digs, pushing their rivals to the limit in a match full of momentum swings and roar-worthy moments!

These student-athletes embodied faith, grit, and true teamwork through every sweat-soaked play. Massive pride for our coaches, players, and supporters—what a testament to Pilar spirit! 🙌 🏐

✨ 3rd Advent Candle: LOVE ✨

Today, our Non-Teaching Personnel led the lighting of the 3rd Advent Candle, symbolizing LOVE—God’s faithful and unconditional gift that calls each Pilarist to care, serve, and be a light for others. As the pink candle glows, it reminds our community to let love shine in our words, actions, and daily encounters on campus and beyond.

The ceremony was followed by our Morning Praise and important reminders on cleanliness and orderliness in the campus from our School President, S. Ma. Preciosa M. Rusiana, RVM, who also shared a meaningful reflection on the message of the 3rd Advent Candle.

May this season inspire us to keep our hearts, our surroundings, and our Pilar College family ready to welcome Christ with love. 💗🕯️

In Photos | On December 13, 2025, PCZC Basic Education Department, together with the Bachelor of Science in Information Technology program, came together with our cherished Salamat Village and Kasumpang Navarro adopted communities for a heartwarming Love Drive at the Mother Ignacia Gymnasium! ✨

We showered them with thoughtful gifts that brought tears of joy and ignited hope for brighter tomorrows—especially lighting up the eyes of the children, whose laughter filled the air.

Joy-filled games had everyone cheering, lively intermissions from the Basic Education Department Teachers kept the energy electric, and precious moments reminded us why we do this: to nurture dreams, foster unbreakable connections, and continue walking hand-in-hand with these amazing families year after year.

Together, we're not just giving—we're planting seeds of hope that will grow forever! 💕

The Internship Sending-Off Ceremony began with a Eucharistic Celebration presided by Rev. Fr. Joel Liwanag, SJ, grounding the day in gratitude and faith.

“Fear is part of the training” – a powerful reminder from our School President that every challenge prepares us as we cross the bridge towards professional life. Formed as balanced persons ready to face the world, we are called to approach life with humility and let our vocation be a response to God’s love.
