For the safety and well-being of our students, faculty, and staff, everyone is strongly encouraged to observe the following precautions:

😷 Wear a well-fitting N95 or KN95 mask
🏫 Stay indoors and limit outdoor physical activities
💧 Stay hydrated throughout the day
🌬️ Keep doors and windows closed and use air-conditioning or air-purifying units when available
🫁 Individuals with asthma, allergic rhinitis, COPD, heart conditions, or other health concerns are advised to take extra precautions and bring necessary medications.

🚨 WATCH FOR WARNING SIGNS

Please proceed to the School Clinic immediately if you experience:
• Persistent coughing or wheezing
• Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
• Chest tightness or pain
• Severe eye irritation, redness, or watery eyes

Our Clinical Instructors are welcoming the first day of the “ber” months in their Christmas color scrubs! 🎅🏻🎄 Because why wait for December to spread a little joy?

The Christmas season reminds us of the things that matter most: love, giving, kindness, and service. And as nurses and educators, these are things we get to share not only during Christmas, but every day.

So let the Christmas countdown begin! 🎁🎄

Prayers for our future RNs. 🙏🏻

These past few days, we have been gathering as one CONM family for our novena, offering our prayers for our students who will be taking the Nursing Licensure Examination.

We know how much they have worked for this. The long days, sleepless nights, pressure, doubts, and all the sacrifices along the way. Now, as they take the exam, we pray that God gives them a calm mind, a steady heart, and the confidence to trust everything they have learned.

May God guide each one of them as they answer every question. And above all, may all our students pass the board exam.

We are praying for you, cheering for you, and believing in you. You have come this far. Padayon, future RNs! 🤍🙏🏻

From INSET to PICKLEBALL!

Today was one for the books! We officially kicked off the **1st Semester of AY 2026–2027** with a whole-day Faculty INSET—filled with learning, planning, sharing, and gearing up for another meaningful semester with our students.

And because CONM knows how to end a busy day… we traded our semi-formal outfits for sports attire and headed straight to the court! 😂

Our first get-together before the semester officially begins was made extra special as we celebrated our **April–September birthday celebrants**. 🎂🥳 Good food, good laughs, a little friendly competition, and lots of fun with the CONM family. 💚

A full day of learning, bonding, and playing(and SHARONing🫣😉)— exactly the kind of energy we want to bring into this new semester! Here’s to another year of growing together, working together, and making it count. ✨
