Productive meeting with the Traffic Police Education Unit regarding our upcoming road safety seminar initiative.
As representatives of the , we discussed future collaborations focused on student engagement, road safety awareness, traffic discipline, and helmet safety education.

Our aim is to create a safer and more responsible environment by educating students about the importance of following traffic rules and adopting safe riding practices.

The meeting was attended by the Advisor of the society *Dr.Shakil Akhtar* , Co-advisor *Dr.Zohaib Aziz* , president of the society *Muhammad Aalishan*, Vice president-I pakeeza Farooq, General secretary Karim bakhsh and other respected members.
The meeting was held in the presence of Respected officer *Aleem Tariq* ( Incharge education unit) City police bahawalpur.

A productive meeting was held with *Dr. Zohaib Bukhari*, Co-Advisor of the IUB Road Safety & Awareness Society, regarding the planning and future roadmap of the upcoming seminar organized by the society.

Today, the cabinet members and co-advisors of the IUB Road Safety & Awareness Society gathered for a productive meetup focused on shaping the future of our mission and strengthening our commitment towards road safety awareness. 🚦

The meeting was graced by the presence of the society’s Advisor, Dr. Shakil Akhtar, Co-Advisor Ms. Hira Riaz, Dr. Faraz Ali Khan, and Dr. Zohaib. Their presence and guidance made the session highly interactive and motivating for all members.

The activity calendar was presented by the president and General Secretary. After detailed deliberation, a tentative skeletal framework of events was designed.
During the session, we discussed the society’s future roadmap, upcoming seminars, awareness walks, safety campaigns, and innovative event ideas aimed at educating students and the wider community about responsible road behavior and public safety.

The meeting reflected strong teamwork, leadership, and dedication from every member. The exchange of valuable ideas and collective planning made this meetup highly inspiring and goal-oriented.
