Dean Faculty of Islamic and Arabic Studies Professor Dr. Sheikh Shafiq-ur-Rehman expressed special gratitude to the Higher Education Commission for its cooperation in organizing the conference. The focal person of the conference, Professor Dr. Hafiz Shafiq-ur-Rehman, presented the recommendations of the conference. The recommendations of the 11th International Seerat-un-Nabi (PBUH) team include holding a separate and permanent women's conference on the Seerat-un-Nabi (PBUH). The Seerat-un-Nabi (PBUH) should be considered the primary source of the balance between rights and duties and adopted as an intellectual framework in modern social, legal and ethical debates. Interdisciplinary research programs under the title of "Rights and Duties Studies" should be introduced in universities and religious institutions, based on the Seerat-un-Nabi (PBUH). Critical and comparative studies of modern human rights should be promoted in the light of the Seerat-un-Nabi (PBUH) so that the disadvantages of one-sided rightism can be clarified. The education of rights along with duties should be included in the educational curriculum (school, college, university) in a balanced manner, especially through practical examples from the Seerat-un-Nabi (PBUH). Social models based on the Seerat-un-Nabi (PBUH) should be developed to resolve social contradictions found in Muslim societies (family discord, class conflict, intolerance). To ensure a balance between rights and duties in legislation and policy-making at the state level, guidance should be sought from the Islamic intellectual tradition. Scholars, preachers and religious leaders should be encouraged to highlight the importance of rights and duties equally in their sermons and lessons. The rights of women, children, minorities and weaker sections as well as their social duties should be clarified in the context of the Seerah of the Prophet (peace be upon him). A code of conduct based on the Seerah should be formulated for the media (electronic, print and digital) to create awareness of social responsibility. Character-building programs based on the Seerah of the Prophet (peace be upon him) should be organized among the younger generation to strengthen the relationship between the individual and society. To address the misconceptions about Islam at the international level, the Islamic concept of rights and duties should be presented in a scientific and research language. Practical case studies should be prepared in the light of authentic sources of Islamic history and biography that offer solutions to contemporary problems. The concept of responsibility and mutual respect of the Prophet's biography should be presented as a common human value in interfaith dialogue at the global level. Modern research projects should be launched in the light of the Prophet's biography on the topics of economic justice, trust, honesty and social responsibility. The research and recommendations of this conference should be published in international research journals and digital platforms so that it can be accessed by higher academic circles. A permanent Seerah Research Forum should be established under the Seerah Chair of the Islamia University of Bahawalpur, which should continue research activities throughout the year. Joint research projects on the Seerah of the Prophet (peace be upon him) should be promoted between universities in Islamic countries. The Seerah of the Prophet (peace be upon him) should not be merely theoretical but should be presented as an implementable practical system for social reform.
