Govt. City Girls College Gulbahar celebrated Pakistan’s 79th Independence Day with great zeal and patriotic fervor. The event was organized to honor the sacrifices of our forefathers and to instill the spirit of unity, freedom, and national pride among students and staff.

The ceremony was presided over by Principal Prof. Rabia Sikandar. The chief guest on this occasion was honourable Director of Higher Education KP, Dr. Farid Ullah Shah. Faculty members, administrative staff, and students attended the event. The campus was decorated with green and white flags, and banners.

The celebration began with Quran recitation followed by collective singing of the National Anthem with flag hoisting. The director, Dr. Farid Ullah Shah, inaugurated solar system in the college. Moreover, there was also a sports event arranged on this occasion.

A special prayer was offered for the peace, progress, and prosperity of Pakistan and Kashmir.

جو کے محترمہ پرنسپل پروفیسر رابعہ سکندر نے وصول کی۔ محترمہ پرنسپل نے پروفیسر آسیہ بی بی کا شکریہ ادا کرتے ہوئے اس علمی و ادبی کاوش کو سراہا

A meeting was held today with Principal Prof. Rabia Sikandar at Govt. City Girls College Gulbahar to finalize arrangements for the upcoming 14th August Independence Day celebrations.

The discussion focused on planning patriotic activities, flag hoisting ceremony, student performances, and decoration of the campus to mark Pakistan’s 79th Independence Day with national spirit and enthusiasm.

Faculty and committee members pledged to make the event memorable and to instill the values of patriotism among students.
