In this new millennium of science and technology, education doesn't mean only academic qualification but scientific and technological advancements which bring significant sense of responsibility, honour, dignity, integrity, commitment, dedication, devotion and spirit of selfless service to the nation. Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Higher Education Department is trying upto the best of their

potential and existing available facilities to prvide Higher Education at the Door-steps of the poor lots especially in the hilly anf far-flung areas of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa like Malakand Devision. Our responsibility is to prepare the generations of today to meet the chalanges of the new millennium of this Era and to shoulder the responsiblities of tomorrow. The undresigned on his own behalf and on behalf of the respectable staff members of this college avail this golden opportunity to express haert-felt thanks to Honorable Minister for Higher Education, respectable Madame Secretary Department of Higher Education and reverend Director Higher Education for leaving no stone unturned to impart Higher Education to all students with the parameters of merits. We hope that our collective struggles especially in the BS (four years) Programes under semeter system will certainly bring positive change and rvoulation of academic excellence in the most beautiful valley of Malakand Division especially Dargai. I wish all the students a brilliant success in the future endeavors with the words of pray that may each rising sun of each new tomorrow bring the messages of peace, happiness and prosperity of our great PAKISTANI nation.
