ڈائریکٹوریٹ آف اسٹوڈنٹ افیئرز، MCUT ڈیرہ غازی خان کے زیر اہتمام طلبہ کو منشیات کے مضر اثرات اور ایک صحت مند و ذمہ دار معاشرے کے قیام کے بارے میں آگاہی فراہم کرنے کے لیے ایک آگاہی سیشن کا کامیابی سے انعقاد کیا گیا۔
اس سیشن میں معزز مقررین ڈاکٹر ماریہ علی (اسسٹنٹ ڈائریکٹر، اینٹی نارکوٹکس فورس پنجاب) اور میجر محمد نذیر (ڈپٹی ڈائریکٹر، اے این ایف پنجاب) نے خصوصی شرکت کی اور منشیات کی روک تھام، نوجوانوں میں شعور بیدار کرنے اور معاشرے کے مشترکہ کردار کے حوالے سے قیمتی اور معلوماتی خیالات کا اظہار کیا۔
اس موقع پر رجسٹرار محمد عارف خان اور ڈین پروفیسر ڈاکٹر مہر گل نے بھی شرکت کی اور اس آگاہی سیشن کی اہمیت پر روشنی ڈالی۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ ایسے تعلیمی و تربیتی پروگرام طلبہ کی شخصیت سازی، مثبت سوچ اور معاشرتی ذمہ داری کے فروغ میں اہم کردار ادا کرتے ہیں۔
ڈاکٹر امین، چیئرمین شعبہ کیمیکل، پیٹرولیم اور پیٹرو کیمیکل انجینئرنگ نے بھی سیشن میں شرکت کی اور اس طرح کے آگاہی پروگراموں کی اہمیت پر زور دیا۔

The Admission Campaign for Fall 2026 of MCUT has officially started.

Today, Convener Dr. Amin led a team visit to Danish School, Dera Ghazi Khan, where management warmly welcomed the delegation. An interactive session was held with Intermediate students about MCUT, its role in regional development, programs offered, and market-oriented career opportunities.

Special thanks to the management of Danish School for their time, hospitality, and facilitation during the visit.

Prof. Dr. Madad Ali Shah, Vice Chancellor, Shaheed Benazir Bhutto University Sindh, along with Dr. Muhammad Zia Ullah, Treasurer, Ghazi University, paid a cordial visit to Mir Chakar Khan Rind University of Technology, Dera Ghazi Khan.

On this occasion, Muhammad Arif Khan, Registrar, Muhammad Iqbal Baloch, Treasurer, Dr. Muhammad Amin, Chairperson, Dr. Shafiq ur Rehman, Head of IT Department, Muhammad Furqan, Deputy Treasurer, Mr. Aman Ullah, Deputy Director Students Affairs, along with faculty members and staff, warmly welcomed the distinguished guests.

During the visit, various academic and institutional matters were discussed. Prof. Dr. Madad Ali Shah, being a respected member of PEC, assured his full support and cooperation for strengthening institutional collaboration and academic development between the universities.

A seminar on the topic “Maarqa-e-Haq” was organized by Mir Chakar Khan Rind University of Technology, Dera Ghazi Khan, on 08-05-2026 in the University Seminar Hall. The seminar was attended by faculty members, officers, and a large number of students with great enthusiasm and patriotic spirit.

Speaking on the occasion, Muhammad Arif Khan, Registrar, along with Dr. Muhammad Amin and students, highlighted the significance of Maarqa-e-Haq and paid rich tribute to the bravery, professionalism, and sacrifices of the Pakistan Army and Pakistan Air Force for defending the country against Indian aggression and air strikes. The speakers stated that the courageous response of Pakistan’s armed forces resulted in the destruction of eight aircraft of the Indian forces, demonstrating the strength, preparedness, and unwavering commitment of Pakistan’s defenders.

The speakers further emphasized that the entire nation stands united with its armed forces and salutes their sacrifices for the sovereignty, integrity, and security of Pakistan.

Among those who attended the seminar were Prof. Dr. Meh Gul, Dean; Dr. Sohail Bashir; Dr. Muhammad Tariq Sohail; Mr. Aman Ullah, Deputy Director Student Affairs; Engr. Nawazish Ali, Project Director; Engr. Qasim; Engr. Azfar Rasool; Engr. Umair Iqbal, along with faculty members and a large number of students.

At the conclusion of the seminar, a solidarity rally was organized in support of the Pakistan Armed Forces. The participants expressed their unity, patriotism, and unwavering support for the defenders of the nation.

Students of the Chemistry Department from Ghazi University, accompanied by Dr. Maqbool and faculty members, visited the Department of Chemical, Petroleum & Petro-Chemical Technology, Faculty of Engineering & Technology at Mir Chakar Khan Rind University of Technology for an educational and practical learning experience.

During the visit, students observed demonstrations of Unit Operation and Unit Process laboratory equipment and performed experiments to enhance their practical knowledge, experimental skills, and academic understanding.

The visiting students and faculty members were warmly welcomed by the Dean, Faculty of Engineering & Technology, Chairperson of the Department, departmental faculty, and university administration. The visit provided an excellent opportunity for academic collaboration, laboratory exposure, and experiential learning.

Muhammad Arif Khan Mastoi (Registrar) conducted an inspection of the PC-1 site today, accompanied by Engr. Nawazish Ali (Project Director), Muhammad Farooq (Resident Engineer), and the consultancy team to review the progress and quality of work.
The Registrar expressed satisfaction with the pace and standard of the ongoing work. He further emphasized that any negligence in the ex*****on of the PC-1 project will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

On the occasion of Labour Day, a seminar was held at Mir Chakar Khan Rind University of Technology, Dera Ghazi Khan, where Prof. Dr. Mehr Gul (Dean), Muhammad Iqbal Baloch (Treasurer), Muhammad Arif Khan (Registrar), Ali Raza , Engr. Shaheer Ahmad Khan other staff and faculty members, and a large number of students attended the event.

Speaking on the occasion, Muhammad Arif Khan, Registrar, highlighted the importance of Labour Day and paid tribute to the dedication, hard work, and valuable contributions of workers towards the development and progress of society and the nation. He emphasized that the dignity of labour is essential for building a strong, prosperous, and progressive community.
