It has often been observed that many large companies appear to earn massive profits during good times, but when a period of economic downturn arrives, some of them cannot survive even for a few months and eventually collapse. In my opinion, this raises an important question: were these companies truly making real profits in the first place? Sometimes, due to accounting manipulation, creative auditing practices, and financial adjustments, businesses present an image of high profitability that may not fully reflect their actual financial strength. truly strong company is not only the one that performs well during prosperous times, but the one that can survive and remain stable during difficult economic conditions as well.
