Department of Management Studies at The University of Faisalabad is one of the leading and oldest business Departments in Faisalabad. The Department aims to provide best possible learning opportunities to students in order to create future entrepreneurs and researchers. rtment has designed BBA, MBA and MS programs keeping in view the needs of their students. While BBA and MBA programs focus on preparing future entrepreneurs and corporate managers. Our MS Management program is designed to prepare students for their doctoral studies. The university administration is committed to facilitate students for their learning endeavors in every possible way. Character building and personal growth of students through lectures, seminars and social events is our pride. Social events are regularly conducted in and outside the Wing for professional growth and ethical training of students. Furthermore, the students routinely participate in community services activities arranged by the university administration. Active participation of student body in arrangement of the ‘Mass Marriages Program’ conducted every year, and helping needy patients at Madinah Teaching Hospital by contributing for the ‘Blood Donation Society’ shows their commitment towards socially responsible activities. Department of Management Studies offers the following degree programs at The University of Faisalabad.

- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Master of Business Administration(Regular & Executive)
- Master of Science (MS) in Management

For BA/BSc/BCom graduates the duration for MBA regular Degree Program is 7 semesters. For BBA (4 years) or graduates completing 16 years of education the duration will be 3 to 4 semesters. The graduates with 16 years professional degree are also eligible for admission in MBA Regular Program. The minimum duration of (MS Management) is 4 semesters.

The Department of Islamic Studies, The University of Faisalabad, in collaboration with the National Business School - TUF, successfully organized a faculty development workshop titled "Ethical Leadership and Organizational Excellence: An Islamic and Contemporary Management Perspective" on 13 July 2026 at Saleem Campus.

The workshop featured Dr. Samra Subhani, Assistant Professor, National Business School, as the Resource Person. She delivered an insightful session on ethical leadership, integrity, accountability, and organizational excellence from both Islamic and contemporary management perspectives. Faculty members actively participated in the interactive discussions, gaining practical insights into ethical decision-making, professional collaboration, and leadership strategies applicable to higher education. The session emphasized the importance of fostering a values-driven academic environment that promotes excellence, trust, and responsible leadership.

The workshop reflected the shared commitment of the Department of Islamic Studies and the National Business School to promoting interdisciplinary collaboration, faculty development, and academic excellence.

Faculty of Management Studies, The University of Faisalabad, successfully organized its Board of Faculty (BOF) Meeting at the Conference Room, Amin Campus.

The meeting was chaired by Prof. Dr. Muhammad Ashfaq, Dean, Faculty of Management Studies, and attended by faculty members of FMS. Distinguished external members, Prof. Dr. Abdul Ghafoor, Director, Institute of Business Management Sciences, University of Agriculture Faisalabad, and Prof. Dr. Sajjad Baig, Director, Faculty of Management Sciences, National Textile University Faisalabad, also joined the meeting.

At the outset, Asst. Prof. Dr. Maryam Saleem, Secretary, Board of Faculty, formally presented the agenda. The Board subsequently deliberated on key areas including curriculum review, industry alignment, and academic development.

The distinguished external experts shared valuable insights and recommendations to strengthen the connection between academia and industry and support the continuous enhancement of the university’s academic programs.

The Faculty of Management Studies, National Business Schoo, The University of Faisalabad, organized a Curriculum Review Committee meeting at the Conference Room, Amin Campus.

The meeting was chaired by Prof. Dr. Muhammad Ashfaq, Dean, Faculty of Management Studies. Faculty members of NBS also participated in the meeting.

During the meeting, various agenda items related to curriculum review, industry alignment, and academic development were discussed and considered by the Committee members. The committee concluded with a commitment to implement the recommendations for further strengthening the academic programs of NBS.

Faculty of Management Studies, The University of Faisalabad, successfully organized its Board of Studies (BOS) meeting at the Conference Room, Amin Campus.

The meeting was chaired by Prof. Dr. Muhammad Ashfaq, Dean, Faculty of Management Studies, and attended by FMS faculty members. Distinguished external members joined the meeting online, including Dr. Muhammad Sajid (Government College University, Faisalabad), Mr. Sarfraz Gill (Masood Textile Mills), and Mr. Iftikhar Ahmed, an esteemed NBS alumnus and marketing professional at Kamal Textile Mills.

At the outset of the meeting, Dr. Muhammad Imran Majeed, Secretary of the Board of Studies, formally presented the agenda. Following this, the Board deliberated on key items focusing on curriculum review, industry alignment, and academic development. External experts shared valuable insights aimed at bridging the gap between academia and industry while ensuring the continuous enhancement of the university's academic programs.

We are proud to share that Prof. Dr. Muhammad Ashfaq, Dean, Faculty of Management Studies, The University of Faisalabad (TUF), was invited as a Keynote Speaker at the Two-Day National Conference 2026 titled "Knowledge in Transition: Research, Responsibility, and Impact in the Age of AI," held at the University of Peshawar and organized by the University of Swabi.

During the conference, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Ashfaq shared valuable insights on the evolving role of research, innovation, and responsible use of artificial intelligence in higher education, inspiring scholars, researchers, and academic leaders from across Pakistan.

On this occasion, The University of Faisalabad (TUF) and the University of Swabi also signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to strengthen academic collaboration. The MoU aims to foster research and development, promote faculty and student exchange programs, encourage joint academic initiatives, and build strong institutional linkages between the two universities.

This collaboration reflects TUF's continued commitment to promoting academic excellence, research partnerships, and knowledge sharing for the advancement of higher education.

An insightful and productive meeting with the Dean of National Business School, Saleem Campus and the faculty.
The Dean shared a comprehensive plan for new semester admissions, including outreach strategies, program offerings, and student engagement initiatives.
He also addressed key department matters such as academic quality, faculty development, curriculum updates, and goals for the upcoming term.
