United States and Iran have agreed to a temporary ceasefire (about 2 weeks)
This ceasefire:
Stops major fighting for now
Includes reopening the Strait of Hormuz which is important for oil route
Talks are expected to continue, possibly in Pakistan play a role as mediator
But important reality is that this is NOT a permanent peace deal, both sides still have big disagreements
Iran is demanding:
End of attacks permanently
Guarantees from the US
Compensation and sanctions relief. Lets see whats happened in future.
