PAF-IAST International Office is pleased to host an insightful guest lecture on “Basics, Challenges & Limits of Practical Plastic Recycling” by international expert Mag. Alfred Ledersteger, Material Flow Manager, lecturer, and specialist in plastics recycling. The session, scheduled for 09 September 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at B-2 Multipurpose Hall, will provide faculty and students with valuable global perspectives on sustainable solutions and real-world practices in plastic recycling. This is a unique opportunity to learn from an international expert and gain practical insights into one of the most pressing challenges of our time.

We are proud to announce that our BE Chemical Engineering final year student, Syed Hashim Ali Shah, has been selected for the Austrian Exchange Program and will be representing PAF-IAST at the University of Applied Sciences, FHV Vorarlberg, Austria 🇦🇹, as part of a semester exchange program.

He will be studying in the Department of Environment and Engineering (Umwelt und Energietechnik) during his 7th semester.
