Prof. Dr. Fazal Ur Rahman, accompanied by Dr. Muhammad Ibrahim and Dr. Iqbal Khalil, Chairman IRS, visited Bangladesh to strengthen international academic cooperation. During the visit, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between Qurtuba University of Science and Information Technology, Pakistan, and Manarat International University, Dhaka, Bangladesh. The MoU was signed by Prof. Dr. Fazal Ur Rahman on behalf of Qurtuba University and Mr. A.H.M. Abu Sayed, the Registrar of Manarat International University. The agreement aims to promote collaboration in higher education, research, faculty development, student engagement, and international partnerships. It also provides opportunities for joint conferences, seminars, workshops, research publications, internships, webinars, academic exchanges, and collaborative research activities between the two institutions.
