The Commerce Department organized a student presentation activity titled “AGHAAZ — Be Your Own Boss” on 21 September 2026. The activity focused on developing entrepreneurial thinking among students through the preparation and presentation of business plans. Students were given an opportunity to transform their business ideas into structured plans and present them before faculty members and fellow students.
*Objectives of the Activity:
• To develop entrepreneurial skills and confidence among Commerce students.
• To provide practical understanding of how a business idea can be converted into a business plan.
• To improve students’ presentation, communication, teamwork, and decision-making skills.
• To encourage students to think creatively about business opportunities and self-employment.
• To connect classroom concepts of commerce and entrepreneurship with practical business planning.
*Student Participation and Learning Outcomes:
The activity provided students with a practical platform to demonstrate their learning beyond the classroom. Students practiced speaking before an audience, organizing business information, explaining their ideas, and responding to questions. The activity also promoted collaboration and helped students understand that successful entrepreneurship requires planning, research, communication, and responsible decision-making.
*Conclusion:
