NUST International Office is pleased to share a fully funded German Language Training Program (A2–B1) offered by the Centre for Migration and Development (ZME) / Talent Partnership with Pakistan (TP), supported by GIZ and co-financed by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ).

🎓 Who can Apply?
Final-year students or graduates in Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, or other technology-related disciplines.
German Language Level A1 (No formal certificate required. Language proficiency will be assessed before enrollment.)

🏅 ÖSD B1 Examination
🗓️ December 2026 (Examination fee fully covered)

🌍 Official ÖSD B1 Certificate recognized by the German Embassy

NUST International Office is proud to celebrate the achievements of Muhammad Arham Owais, a BS Accounting & Finance (ACF'24) student from NUST Business School, who represented NUST during his exchange semester at Yaşar University, Türkiye.

During his exchange, he earned a perfect 4.00 GPA and was awarded with the Best International Ambassador for Cultural Exchange Award, reflecting his academic excellence and commitment to fostering meaningful cross-cultural engagement.

NUST International Office is proud to share that our international students from Bangladesh, Abdullah Hill Kafi and Afif Rehman Apurbo recently appeared on PTV Rising Pakistan, where they spoke about their journey to NUST and their experience of living and studying in Pakistan.

From navigating the application process to discovering strong cultural similarities that made Pakistan feel like home, their story reflects a smooth transition into student life at NUST. And the fun part, they even picked up Urdu from their friends along the way!

Students from NUST proudly represented Pakistan at the 11th International Cultures Day hosted by Yasar University, bringing culture, energy, and community to life on campus in İzmir, Türkiye.

The students showcased Pakistan through a vibrant cultural stall featuring traditional elements and authentic cuisine, including Chicken Biryani, Rabri Kheer, and Chana Chaat. Their dynamic presence, highlighted by engaging dance performances, made the Pakistan stall one of the most lively and well-received at the event.

National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST) hosted a one-day delegation from Chulabhorn Graduate Institute (CGI), Thailand, along with the Ambassador of Thailand to Pakistan, H.E. Mr. Rongvudhi Virabutr, on 26 February 2026, for focused academic and institutional engagement.

The visit featured a meeting with the Pro-Rector (Academics) Dr Osman Hasan and the NUST International Office team, where discussions centered on exploring potential avenues for collaboration. Key areas included student and faculty exchange programs, joint research initiatives, and opportunities for co-supervision and academic partnerships.

The interaction provided a valuable platform for dialogue and reflected mutual interest in strengthening academic linkages between NUST and Thai institutions, with a shared vision of advancing international cooperation in higher education and research.

These initiatives are designed to provide comprehensive guidance, mentorship, and up-to-date information on fully funded and partially funded opportunities worldwide.

NUST International Office organized an International Students Engagement Event on 29th January 2026, in collaboration with the HEC–DAAD EFFAL Scholarship initiative, bringing together international students from diverse academic programs.

The event featured a seminar titled “Managing Academic Stress and Burnout in a New Learning Environment” delivered by Dr. Sahar Nadeem Hamid, Director NUST Quality Assurance & International Office, followed by interactive team-building activities, reinforcing NUST’s commitment to student well-being, inclusivity, and internationalization.
