【2026年12月期の申し込みについて　JLPT December 2026 Application】 below English

2026年12月6日にイスラマバードNUML大学にてJLPTが開催されます。
2026年12月6日にイスラマバードNUML大学で開催予定のJLPT願書販売及び申し込みは、9月9日（水曜日）～9月17日（木曜日）にイスラマバードNUML大学にて受付します。（受付時間は平日の午前9時～午後3時です。土曜日、日曜日は休みです。）
9月17日（木曜日）午後3時以降の願書販売及び申し込みは、一切受付致しませんのでご注意ください。

≪JLPT願書販売及び申し込み時の持ち物≫
① 証明写真　2枚　（サイズ：3～4cm×3cm 写真は規定サイズに切ったものをご用意ください。）
② ＩＤのコピー　1枚
③ 現金6500ルピー　（願書：500ルピー、受験料：6000ルピー）

≪受験申し込みの注意点≫
① 申し込みの際は上記のものを必ずお持ちください。
② 受験願書購入時にその場で申し込みしていただきます。
③ 受験願書は一人につき一部のみ購入可能です。
④ 代理申請は可能ですが、必ず受験をしない方に代理申請を頼んでください。
⑤ 団体申請はできません。
⑥ コピーされた受験願書は受け付けません。
⑦ 2026年12月6日のJLPTでは受験者の人数制限を設けています。
人数制限に達し次第、受付を締め切ります。
N１：10人
N2：25人
N3：50人
N4：375人
N5：725人
⑧ 試験当日は、受験教室でのスマートフォン、スマートウォッチ、ワイヤレスイヤホン等の電子機器の取り扱いを禁止しています。電子機器をお持ちの方は各試験教室で預けていただきます。また預かり中の紛失や故障等は責任を負いかねます。試験中および休憩時間に電子機器の使用を発見した場合は、不正行為として厳しく対応いたします。
⑨ 受験レベルによって、試験開始時間が異なります。
N1、N2：入室完了時間8:30
N3、N4、N5：入室完了時間 9:30

【JLPT December 2026 Application】

JLPT will be held on December 6, 2026, at NUML Islamabad.
Applications for the JLPT, scheduled to be held at NUML, Islamabad on December 6, 2026, will be accepted at NUML, Islamabad from Wednesday, September 9 to Thursday, September 17, 2026. Please note that the application office will be closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Applications will not be accepted after 3:00 PM on September 17, 2026.

≪Required Documents for Application≫
① Two (2) recent ID photos (dimensions: 3-4 cm x 3 cm Please prepare ID photos cut to　this specified size.)
② One (1) copy of your valid ID
③ Cash payment of Rs. 6500 (Rs. 500 for application fee and Rs. 6000 for the exam fee)

≪Important Notes Regarding the Application Process≫
① Kindly ensure that you bring all the required items when submitting your application.
② Applications must be submitted in person at the time of purchasing the application form.
③ Only one application form may be purchased per person.
④ If you cannot come please make sure to ask someone who will not be taking the exam to submit the application on your behalf as one person can only take one form
⑤ Group applications are not permitted.
⑥ Copies of application forms will not be accepted under any circumstances.
⑦ Please note that the JLPT on December 6, 2026, has a limited number of available slots for examinees. Once the maximum number of applicants for each level is reached, the registrations will close.
N1: Limited to 10 candidates
N2: Limited to 25 candidates
N3: Limited to 50 candidates
N4: Limited to 375 candidates
N5: Limited to 725 candidates
⑧ Electronic devices such as smartphones, smartwatches, and wireless earphones are strictly prohibited on the day of the exam. If these items are brought to the exam venue, they will be collected in the examination room. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to items during this time. If you use the electronic devices during the test time or the break time, it will be treated as fraudulent behavior and your exam will be nullified.
⑧ The exam start time will differ depending on the test level.
N1、N2： Room entry deadline 8:30 AM
N3、N4、N5： Room entry deadline 9:30 AM

【IMPORTANT　重要】below English

試験当日について
・試験当日、遅刻や欠席は認めません。遅刻や欠席による受験料の返金等はしません。
・午前７時半からNUMLゲート１で受付を開始します。（他のゲートから入ることはできません）
・N1、N2の受験者は受付をすませ、午前8時半までに教室に入ってください。
・N3、N4、N5の受験者は受付をすませ、午前９時半までに教室に入ってください。
・午前７時半以前、及びN1,N2は午前８時20分以降、N3,N4,N5は午前９時20分以降は受付は閉鎖しておりますので、大学内に入ることは出来ません。
・受験票、黒の鉛筆（No.2かHB）、けしゴム、飲み物、CNIC（または写真入りの身分証明書）をお持ちください。受験票、身分証明書を忘れた方は試験を受けられません。
・スマートフォン、スマートウォッチ等の電子機器については、試験中のみならず休憩時間も所有することを禁止しています。また家族や他人のスマートフォンを覗き見る行為も不正行為となりますのでご注意ください。

About the JLPT date
・On the day of the examination, being late and being absence will not be tolerated.
・Registration will begin at 7:30 a.m. at NUML Gate 1. (Entry through any other gate is not permitted.)
・Applicants taking the N1 or N2 test must complete registration and enter their examination room by 8:30 a.m.
・Applicants taking the N3, N4, or N5 test must complete registration and enter their examination room by 9:30 a.m.
・The registration desk will open at 7:30 a.m and it will be closed after 8:20 a.m. for N1 and N2 applicants. It will close after 9:20 a.m. for N3, N4, and N5 applicants. Therefore, you will not be permitted to enter the university outside these registration hours.
・Please bring your test voucher, black pencil (No. 2 or HB), eraser, drinks, and CNIC (or another ID card with your picture on it). Applicants who forget their test voucher or identification document will not be allowed to take the examination.
・The possession of electronic devices such as smartphones and smartwatches is strictly prohibited not only during the examination but also during break times. Please also note that looking at another person's smartphone outside of examination room, including that of a family member, will be considered cheating.

6月25日、26日は大学が休校のため、JLPTの証明書のお渡しもお休みします。

Due to the university being closed on June 25th and 26th, we will also be suspending the distribution of JLPT certificates on those days.

Regarding the JLPT certificates next week. From May 25th to May 29th, we will be closed for Eid. After the Eid holiday, the JLPT certificates will resume as usual from June 1st.

【Change of JLPT Certificate Collection Date and Time】

Certificates can be collected from the Department of Japanese Language （Ghalib Block, Ground ｆloor）, NUML, Islamabad, Monday to Thursday, between 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. To ensure a smooth collection process, kindly bring the following documents with you:
• Your Test Voucher
• Your CNIC for identity verification
In the case that a representative will be collecting the certificate on your behalf, please ensure that the representative brings their original ID, along with a copy of your ID.

【N2 模擬試験の案内　About N2 Mock test】English below
日時：2026年6月14日　終日
場所：詳しい時間と場所は希望者のみにお伝えします。
対象：
・2026年7月5日にNUML イスラマバードでJLPT N2を受ける方のみ。
・Mock test当日朝から夕方まで参加できる人のみ。
Mock testを受けたい人は2026年4月30日までに、
①受験番号
②名前
③メールアドレス
①～③を入力し、[email protected]に送ってください。
詳しい時間・場所は対象者のみに模擬試験受験票と共にメールで返信いたします。
※対象者以外の応募には、メールの返信をいたしません。
【About N2 Mock test】
Date：14 June 2026
Place：Time and Exact Location will be shared to the selected Students.
Eligible：
・Examnee who applied for the JLPT N2 test that will be on 5 July 2026 in NUML Islamabad.
・On the day of the Mock test you wil have to attend from the morning till the evening. ( you can not leave in the middle)
Those who wish to give the Mock test will have to send the following information by 30 April,
①Roll number (From N2 form)
② Name
③E-mail Address
After writting the information required ①～③, send an email to this address [email protected]
The Exact time and place will be sent to the selected eligible examinee through the E-mail they provied.
※DO NOT apply if you dont fulfill the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
