Strengthening Nursing Education and Workforce Development in Punjab 🤝

Shifa Tameer-e-Millat University (STMU) has signed an institutional Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Punjab Nursing & Health Workforce Reform Program (PNHWRP), marking an important step towards strengthening nursing education and workforce development in Punjab.

The partnership will create opportunities for postgraduate education, faculty development and scholarships, research and knowledge exchange, and institutional capacity building.

Moving forward, STMU and PNHWRP are committed to translating this partnership into meaningful initiatives that strengthen faculty capacity, expand opportunities for advanced nursing education, promote research and knowledge generation, and contribute to a skilled, competent, and future-ready nursing workforce for Punjab.

🔹 Visit www.stmu.edu.pk and click Online Admissions (top-right corner).
🔹 Complete the initial registration using a valid email address.
🔹 Log in with your username and password (sent to your email).
🔹 From the left sidebar, select Admission Form.
🔹 Fill in your personal and academic information.
🔹 Print the fee voucher:
• BSN: Rs. 5,300/-
• PhD: Rs. 7,500/-

💳 Step 2: Fee Payment

✅ Deposit the fee at any Habib Bank Limited (HBL) branch nationwide or pay online after the voucher is generated.
✅ Upload the paid fee voucher to your admission portal.
✅ Click Final Submission.

📄 Step 3: Submit Attested Documents

After uploading your fee voucher, send the following attested photocopies along with the paid fee voucher (SCN Copy):

✔ Candidate's CNIC/B-Form
✔ Matric Certificate & Marks Sheet
✔ FSc (Pre-Medical) Certificate & Marks Sheet

📢 Important Announcement for MSN & PhD Applicants

Dear Applicants,

In light of the recent notification issued by the Higher Education Commission (HEC), universities will conduct their own admission tests for Fall 2026 MSN and PhD admissions. The implementation of ETC-HAT/GRE-based testing has been deferred and will now take effect from Fall 2027 admissions.

Accordingly, Shifa Tameer-e-Millat University (STMU) – Shifa College of Nursing (SCN) will conduct its own admission test for Spring 2027

🗓 MSN Entrance Test (Spring 2027 Intake)
Date: Saturday, July 4, 2026

✅ As per the revised HEC guidelines, all applicants are required to appear in the university admission test. Attendance in the admission test is mandatory for consideration in the admission process.
