NSIST management is pleased to announce that Dr Shafaat Ahmed Bazaz has joined www.NSIST.pk as Campus Director. He is renowned Researcher and Academician with vast experience of University Management, Academics & Research. He served in Denmark Technical University (www.dtu.dk) as Assistant Professor and CMC Microsystems (www.cmc.ca) Canadian as Senior Staff Scientist for 8 years. He worked on various administrative positions (Chairman, Dean, Founding Vice Chancellor) in Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute and Sir Syed CASE Institute of Technology in past 16 years. He obtained Rs 140 Millions R&D grants from various funding organizations in the area of Chip design, MEMS and Eye Care diagnostic software and has published more than 65 scientific publications in international scientific journals, and conferences. He has been working with strategic organizations on the development of chip design and prototyping. He has also been associated with NCEAC of HEC as Senior Program Evaluator since 2012.
We welcome him at NSIST and wish him best of luck to lead this institute.

On September 2, A team from Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan visited NSIST campus to ensure all academic and Infrastructure formalities have been fulfilled by NSIST to start the foreign degree programs. We expect to announce the admissions in following international degree programs by 3rd week of September Insha'Allah once received NOC from HEC:

In July 2021, South Asian Education Promotion Network (SAEPN), established National Superior Institute of Science and Technology (NSIST) in Ialamabad. NSIST will open its doors for the students with state-of-the-art multiple programs, from various National and International Universities/Organizations.
SAEPN is focused on education and literacy challenges faced by our society. Established in 2001 -2002 as Private Limited is governed by the Board of Directors comprised of educationist, entrepreneurs, and professionals and committed to identify challenges and has contributed in the establishment of successful educational organizations/Projects from Primary to university level education systems.
To further expand, we have established NSIST in Islamabad to develop a state-of-the-art Institute at University level education in the area of Computing, Business, Management Sciences and Humanities. We are planning to offer degree programs in collaboration/affiliation with both National and international universities/ organizations (University of CyberJaya Malaysia and Pearson UK) promoting the distinct research, innovation, and entrepreneurial culture in order to contribute towards the efforts of building a resilient knowledge-based economy.
We are under process of obtaining NOCs, Affiliations and accreditation etc from Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan, some Pakistani Universities, University of CyberJaya (Malaysia) and Pearson (UK). We are expecting to open our admissions by the end of September 2022.
