The brutal murder of Irfan Ullah, (student of Political Science) in Bharakahu, Islamabad, is a heinous and deeply tragic crime. Quaid i Azam University strongly condemns this criminal act and extends its heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family, friends, and all those affected by this loss.

We acknowledge the prompt action taken by the Islamabad Police in arresting the accused. We hope that the investigation will be pursued to its logical conclusion and that justice will be served in accordance with the law.

The University remains mindful of the wellbeing of its students and will, where appropriate, remain in liaison with the relevant authorities on issues concerning student safety, both within the University and outside University premises.

Directorate of Students' Affairs (QAU) shares with deep pain that our beloved student, Irfan Ullah (Political Science 5th semester) is no more with us. He has been killed by unknown people yesterday night in Bahra Kahu.

Today, Ghaibana Namaz e Janaza is offered in the University.....
