We are delighted to announce that the Bachelor of Electrical Engineering (Electronics/Telecommunication) program at Bahria University, H-11 Campus, Islamabad has been re-accredited by the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for another three (03) years under the 122nd EAB Decision, covering Intake Batches 2022, 2023, and 2024.

The Department of Electrical Engineering, Bahria University, proudly congratulates Dr. Asad Waqar, Senior Professor, on successfully completing the 20th Baku Summer Energy School (BSES 2026), hosted by ADA University, Baku, Azerbaijan.

The prestigious international programme brought together policymakers, diplomats, industry leaders, researchers, and academics from across the globe to discuss energy security, energy transition, renewable energy, climate policy, geopolitics, and sustainable development, while promoting interdisciplinary collaboration.

A key highlight of the programme was Dr. Asad Waqar’s meeting with Prof. Dr. Abzatdin Adamov, Dean of the School of IT and Engineering, ADA University, and senior faculty members to explore opportunities for student and faculty exchange, joint research, curriculum development, laboratory collaboration, and a future Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the two institutions.

Dr. Asad Waqar also established valuable academic connections with researchers from France, Türkiye, Cyprus, and several other countries, opening new avenues for international collaboration and research partnerships.

Exploring the Future of Robotics! 🤖🚀

Our students from the BS Robotics & Intelligent Systems program, accompanied by Engr. Ifrah Maqsood, faculty member, Department of Electrical Engineering, Bahria University, H-11 Campus, had the opportunity to visit the Indus RAS Expo 2026.

The Expo offered an excellent platform to explore the latest advancements in Robotics, Autonomous Systems, Artificial Intelligence, and Industrial Automation. Our students interacted with researchers, industry experts, and innovators from across Pakistan, gaining valuable insights into emerging technologies and their real-world applications.

We look forward to providing many more opportunities that connect our students with cutting-edge technologies and the industries shaping the future.

🎓🤖 Robotics & Automation Camp 2026: Grand Finale! 🚀

The final day of the Robotics & Automation Camp 2026 at Bahria University, BSEAS H-11 Campus was filled with learning, innovation, and celebration.

Participants explored the exciting world of Humanoid Robotics by performing a variety of interactive tasks, gaining hands-on experience with intelligent robotic systems. They also showcased their creativity and teamwork in the LEGO-based Aerial Robot Challenge, applying the engineering and programming skills they developed throughout the camp.

The camp concluded with a Certificate Distribution Ceremony, celebrating the enthusiasm, dedication, and achievements of all participants.

A heartfelt congratulations to our young innovators for successfully completing this exciting STEM journey, and thank you to the parents, instructors, and organizers for making it a memorable experience.

🤖⚽ Robotics & Automation Camp 2026: Day 2 & Day 3 Highlights 🚀

The excitement continued at Bahria University, BSEAS H-11 Campus as our young innovators took on even more engaging STEM challenges during Days 2 and 3 of the Robotics & Automation Camp 2026!

Participants built and programmed robotic models, explored automation concepts, and collaborated to solve hands-on engineering challenges. Every activity encouraged creativity, teamwork, critical thinking, and experiential learning through STEM.

🏆 The highlight of Day 3 was the much-awaited Robot Football Tournament! ⚽🤖

With the world buzzing over the ongoing FIFA World Cup 2026, the football spirit brought even more excitement to the camp. Inspired by the global tournament, students built, programmed, and controlled their robots to compete in an exciting football match, showcasing their engineering skills, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
