"Hands-on Training Workshop on NGS Data Analysis and Molecular Docking."
September 20-21, 2021
Workshop Description
This hands-on training workshop will be of interest to:
• Those considering a career in the field of Bioinformatics/Chemo-informatics
• Researchers and students working in the field of Molecular Biology and Bioinformatics
• Those currently working in this field and wish to update their knowledge and provide more comprehensive services.
Topics covered include:
• Next Generation Sequencing Data Analysis
• Protein Modelling
• Molecular Docking
𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐬
Participants should meet all the following prerequisites before registering:
• Proficiency in computer
• Participants must arrange their own Laptop
• Participants should install instructed softwares (Separate E-mail will be sent for installation)
*Registration fee Rs. 1500/- for Students; For Faculty Rs. 2000/-
*This training will be offered for 40 participants and will be operated on first come first serve basis.
*Covid-19 vaccination certificate is a must to attend this event.
*Certificates will be awarded to trainees.
*No boarding /lodging will be provided to participants. Participants have to manage it by themselves.
