IEEE | Riphah Student Branch was formed in 2006 by a group of like-minded ambitious Engineering Students from Riphah International University. Since then, it has been actively hosting and participating in various events organized by IEEE Islamabad Section. Revitalized in 2012, by the efforts of the Branch Counselor, Dr. Muhammad Yousaf and Branch Chairs Bilal Sipra & Syed Ishaq Bukhari, to support

research and engineering activities at Riphah International University, Islamabad (RIU). It organizes seminars, workshops, training sessions, tutorials and industrial tours to foster technical excellence among the future Engineers. One of the major events hosted and organized by IEEE Riphah Student Branch is INMIC 2012 (International Multi-topic Conference), during December 13-15, 2012.
