The Junior Section of IMCG F-7/4 marked the International Day of Remembrance and Tribute to the Victims of Terrorism with a meaningful morning assembly aimed at promoting peace, unity, and resilience.

The event was held under the supervision of Assistant Headmistress Ms. Maryam Al Qadar. The Message of the Day was delivered throughout the assembly by the students of House Rana Liaquat, emphasizing the importance of peace, empathy, and standing united against violence to build a safer world for future generations.

Students of House Rana Liaquat along with their House Mistress Ms. Nida gave a beautiful display of posters depicting themes of peace, harmony, and anti-terrorism awareness.

A Milli Nagma was also presented by a group of students, which added to the spirit of patriotism and solidarity.

The event successfully instilled strong values of compassion, solidarity, and social responsibility among the young learners.

🌟 College-Level Calligraphy & Urdu Speech Competitions 🌟

In connection with the 3rd International Seerat Festival 2026, college-level competitions in Calligraphy and Urdu Speech were organized at Islamabad Model College for Girls, F-7/4, Islamabad. 🖋️🎤

Our talented students enthusiastically participated in the competitions and showcased their creativity, confidence, eloquence, and love for the beautiful teachings and personality of حضرت محمد ﷺ.

The winning students have been selected to represent the college in the Inter-College Competitions scheduled for tomorrow, 20th August 2026. The Secondary Level competitions will be held at IMCG F-10/2, while the Higher Secondary Level competitions will take place at IMCG F-6/2.

We extend our heartfelt congratulations to the winners and wish them the very best of luck for the upcoming inter-college competitions. 🌸🏆

The department also provides opportunities for students to engage with important literary personalities and themes through seminars, discussions and interactive sessions, including a special seminar focusing on the life, work and literary legacy of Saadat Hasan Manto.

Islamabad Model College for Girls, F-7/4, Islamabad marked Pakistan’s Independence Day with great enthusiasm, patriotism, and national pride. 🇵🇰💚

The celebrations commenced with a dignified flag-hoisting ceremony, as our respected Principal, Dr. Saadia Aziz, hoisted the national flag, filling the campus with a profound sense of pride and gratitude.

The occasion continued with cake cutting and Independence Day celebrations, bringing together the college community in a joyful and patriotic atmosphere. The celebrations reflected our collective love for Pakistan and our commitment to the values of unity, responsibility, and service to our beloved homeland.

Islamabad Model College for Girls, F-7/4, Islamabad celebrated Pakistan’s Independence Day with great enthusiasm, patriotic spirit, and heartfelt pride. 🇵🇰💚

The students participated with remarkable zeal and enthusiasm, presenting a vibrant programme featuring patriotic speeches, captivating tableaux, milli naghmas, and other inspiring performances. Each presentation beautifully reflected the students’ love for Pakistan and their understanding of the sacrifices and struggles that led to our independence.

The atmosphere was filled with national pride as our young students expressed their patriotism through their voices, performances, and creative talents. The celebrations also served as a reminder of our responsibility to honour the sacrifices of our forefathers by working with sincerity, unity, and dedication for the progress and prosperity of Pakistan.
