The Department of Electronic Engineering organized Final Year Project Exhibition and Competition for the 19ES batch on 15th of November 2023. The event showcased the projects designed by the graduating students. The event was inaugurated by Prof. Dr. Mukhtiar Ali Unar, Dean Faculty of Electrical Electronics and Computer Engineering. He was accompanied by Dr. Wajiha Shah (Chairperson of the department of Electronic Engineering). Dr. Unar appreciated the quality of work done by the students and their emphasis on solving problems faced by the society. The students projects were evaluated by two external examiners, Dr. Abdul Aleem Jamali, Chairman, Department of Biomedical Engineering, QUEST, Nawabshah and Dr. Ehsan Buriro, Chairman, Department of Electronic Engineering, QUEST, Nawabshah. The examiners expressed their satisfaction with the projects presented by students. In the conclusion, six projects were awarded prizes for winning positions in the competition.

Certificates and shields distribution ceremony for successful students of the internship program of FM Radio 92.6 held at Vice Chancellor secretariat.
During the event, Prof. Dr. Tauha Hussain Ali Vice-Chancellor Mehran University of Engineering & Technology, spoke to the students who had completed the internship, sharing insights into the historical significance of radio. He emphasized that radio has traditionally been regarded as the cornerstone of information dissemination and authentic resource of correct language in terms of purity and pronunciation. Radio has been instrumental in delivering international and local news, along with a variety of entertainment programs; he stated.

Vice-Chancellor Dr. Tauha Hussain Ali shared his personal experience as a news presenter and hosting youth programs on Radio Pakistan. He underscored the evolution and modernization of radio in response to changing times. Consequently, Mehran University has actively embraced innovation through its campus FM radio programs since its establishment. Dr. Tauha Hussain Ali emphasized that the primary goal of MUTE FM's internship program is to provide students with an educational and hands-on-training environment where they can familiarize themselves with the handling equipment, tools, and techniques of broadcasting. He encouraged students to utilize their skills in their presentations.

Expressing appreciation for the students' hard work and dedication during the internship at MUTE FM Radio, the Vice Chancellor listened to their experiences and sought their advice to enhance future internship programs. The ceremony was also attended by MUTE FM Radio Director General Prof. Dr. Faisal Karim Shaikh and Station Manager Saqib Abro. Notably, 30 students from various disciplines such as telecommunication engineering, software engineering, computer science, and English language departments participated in this six-week internship program. They received training in program production, presentation, content writing, website development, mobile app, social media management, and graphics. These students also successfully completed their assigned projects in given time. Internship program was conducted under the supervision of Director of Technical Operations Dr. Badr Munir and Saqib Abro, who served as lead trainers.

Fire Safety Training & Awareness session was held for the faculty, Officers and Employees to signify the essential principles, procedures, and best practices in fire safety and be better equipped to prevent fires, respond effectively if one occurs, and protect yourself and those around you. Held on 18th October 2023 at MUET Auditorium Building

Mr. Tarique Moeen Founder & CEO CARE WING Privated Limited was the resource person for the session.

Session was organized by Directorate of Services, MUET, Jamshoro.

Final year batch (batch-19) received farewell on their last day of higher education journey at MUET, Jamshoro.
The day celebrated as Culture Day wearing cultural dresses, making the moment full of colors and joy.
Prof. Dr. Tauha Hussain Ali, Vice Chancellor MUET along with Pro Vice Chancellor, Faculty deans, chairmen and Faculty members bid farewell to the outgoing engineers on their last day at MUET, Jamshoro by joining them at their respective departments and having a memorable group photo and interacted about their memorable time spent at Campus.
VC MUET wished them the best luck for their future endeavors.
