A productive meeting for the Hybrid Session on “Smart Education and AI-Driven Healthcare for Sustainable Smart Cities” was conducted on 12 May 2026 at Indus Hotel, Hyderabad.

The event is being organized by IEEE Smart Cities in collaboration with IEEE Karachi Section SAC, IEEE MUET Student Branch, IEEE MUET ComSoc Chapter, and IEEE MUET CS Chapter.

The meeting was led by Dr. Umair, Chair of the IEEE ComSoc Karachi Chapter, along with Abdul Samad, Speaker Coordinator, SSR IEEE Karachi Section & Smart Cities Ambassador, and Dr. Mahesh Kumar, Branch Counselor of IEEE MUET Student Branch. Important discussions were held regarding the successful ex*****on of the hybrid event, speaker coordination, technical management, team responsibilities, participant engagement, and collaboration opportunities for promoting innovation in sustainable smart cities.

The meeting was attended by organizing team members and volunteers to discuss event planning and coordination.

The gathering concluded with dinner, providing an opportunity for networking, collaboration, and strengthening teamwork among the members.
