Today in class, we explored the CBT Responsibility Chart, helping students understand the difference between what lies within their control and what does not. Through discussion and practical examples, students learned to identify their own thoughts, emotions, and behaviours as their true responsibilities, while letting go of unnecessary guilt related to others’ actions or expectations. This activity encouraged self-awareness, healthier boundaries, and improved emotional regulation. It was a meaningful step toward developing a more balanced and empowered mindset.

**Informative Session at Nova konnect Software House – Learning Modern Technologies**

Our BS IT (5th Semester) students also received guidance on several important fields such as **Cybersecurity**, **Web Development**, **MERN Stack**, **Angular**, and other modern programming languages. The company team explained which technologies are currently in demand and which tools or languages can be used in Final Year Projects.

They suggested useful platforms and tutorials for learning these skills, such as YouTube learning channels, official documentation, and beginner-friendly coding websites. Students were also advised on how to choose the right technology for their project and how to start building it step by step.

Overall, it was a very informative and inspiring visit that helped students understand real-world industry requirements and modern software development trends.
