All salaried people must read this:

After 4 years of selfless service, I realized that I had not been promoted, no salary increment, no commendation.
So I decided to walk up to my HR Manager. The manager looked at me, smiled and asked me to sit down saying: "My friend you have not worked here for even a single day!"

I was shocked to hear this, but the manager went on to explain. And here's the conversation that took place:

Manager: How many days are there in a year?

Me: 365 days and sometimes 366.

Manager: Do you come to work on weekends?

Me: No sir.

Manager: How many days are there in a year that are weekends?

Me: 52 Saturdays and 52 Sundays equals to 104 days.

Manager: Thanks for that. If u remove 104 days from 366 days. how many days
do you now have?

Me: 262 days

Manager: How many hours make up a day?

Me: 24 Hours.

Manager: How long do you work in a day?

Me: 10am to 6pm
(i.e. 8 hours a day.)

Manager: So, what fraction of the day do you work in hours?

Me: 8/24
i.e 1/3 (one third).

Manager: This is nice of you! what is 1/3rd of 262 days?

Me: 87
(1/3 x 262 = 87days)

Manager: I do give you 2 weeks sick leave, 15 days casual leave, 5 days optional leave, 30 days earned leave every year. Now remove that 64 days from the 87 days left. How many days do u have remaining?

Me: 23 days.

Manager: Do you work on festivals ? (20 days)

Me: No Sir!

Manager: Do you work on Republic Day?

Me: No sir!

Manager: Do you come to work on Independence Day?

Me: No sir!

Manager: So how many days are left?

Me: 1 day sir!

Manager: Do you come to work on New Year's Day..?

Me: No sir..!!

Manager: So how many days are left?

Me: None Sir!

Manager: So what are you claiming?

Me: I have understood, Sir. I did not realise that I was stealing company
money all these days.

Moral - NEVER GO TO HR FOR HELP!!!

Today i want to share a real story of one of my close friend he joined an organization as Marketing Officer but he has qualified with MBA inn HRM and he served an organization for two years but could not show spark as Marketing Officer now he intended to join another organization in HR department but as we all know that without relevant experience it is very hard to be selected but he tried hard and studied relevant books again took help from his HR professional friends and got an opportunity as Human Resource Officer in multi national organization.
So never give up in the life always try with positive mind.

Motivation itself your goal in life

Behind the success of every person there is force who compel the individual towards success who brings your dreams true in the life, obviously this is motivation. Motivation is the key towards success, no one can deny this fact. As sometime it is very hard to take tough decisions or to do stiff work but when there are words behind us who pushes ourselves then we realize that nothing is impossible in this fantasy world. People who used to speak that they are self-motivated, I personally agree with them but question is that how did they become self-motivated? Your family, society, qualification and your experience matters, these major factors of your life groom yourself towards self-motivation. People who leads towards inferior complex due to lack of motivation, a there is no one behind them who can motivate for facing the hurdles of life. Everyone in the world is unique so never compare yourself with others, always try to motivate yourself on behalf of your qualities and seek good experience from your bad experience. Life demands for patience because all the things are difficult before they become easy, people get demotivated because they don't have patience. The word "Motivation" is core function for Human Resource professionals because they know by motivation they can raise their productivity of organization only relax and motivated employee can meet your goals. When I face any barrier in my work I do not forget those words "Come on dude! You can do it" the words who encourages me to do things efficiently & properly.
So if the individuals are motivated they can meet their own goals in the life. To be motivated and to keep motivating others.
