• Rules for joinder, misjoinder, and non-joinder of parties
• Court's power to add, delete, or substitute parties during proceedings
• A suit is not dismissed merely for misjoinder or non-joinder (Rule 9)

Can an FIR be Quashed by the High Court?
Yes. The High Court has inherent powers under Section 561-A Cr.P.C. to quash an FIR or criminal proceedings where continuing the case would amount to an abuse of the process of law.
