HIBA Conference: 1st International Conference on Education concluded successfully on July 13, 2021 Face-to-face at Malir University & virtually on Zoom.

Conference was Chaired by Prof. Dr. Syed Tipu Sultan - Chancellor of the Malir University of Science & Technology, Karachi.
Chief Guest was Dr. Anis Ahmed - Chairman CPGS & Vice Chancellor Raphah International University, Islamabad.
Prof. Dr. Shahida Sajjad - Vice Chancellor Malir University was the Keynote Speaker.
Educational Conference was organized with theme "Basic & Quality Education for Character Building & Leadership".
Research papers & case studies were presented in four categories:
1. Education Management
2. Teachers & Trainers Training
3. Students Issues
4. Research in Education

A large number of research scholars, teachers & students attended the HIBA Conference Face-to-face at Malir University, Karachi and virtually on Zoom from Canada, Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, Oman, Mauritius, Nigeria, India, Bangladesh, Malawi, Pakistan, Tanzania, Turkey, UAE & USA.
Conference Chair Dr. Syed Tipu Sultan highlighted the importance of research in education & teachers training.
Chief Guest Dr. Anis Ahmed mentioned that, mere technological development will not be enough for the better future. Character building should also be focused.
Keynote speaker Dr. Shahida Sajjad presented the changes those are expected in the business environment in the coming years and advised the participants of the education conference to prepare themselves to accomodate these changes in education sector.
Around 25 research scholars presented their findings during the four sessions from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.
Conference Recommendations:
1. Current examination process & procedure to be completely revamped to bring the education system on the right track without any political interference.
2. Turkish system of education to be adopted.
3. Teachers training programs with latest tools & techniques to be introduced.
4. Students councillors to be more active for proper guidance to the students.
5. Research support & funds to be provided to conduct the research in education.
Certificates, Conference Book & Souvenirs were distributed among the participants.
It was a great experience for HIBA as a very good response was received from research scholars & education leaders.
