KSBL Executive Education recently conducted a two-day Open Enrollment program on ‘Leading with Emotional Intelligence’. The program aimed to train participants on mental robustness and managing emotions in positive ways to communicate and empathize better and overcome business challenges. The program was facilitated by Dr. Faryal Razzaq (Assistant Professor, Managing Director Center for Ethical Leadership) who is also a Ph.D. in Emotional Intelligence.

The session allowed the participants to understand their emotions deeper and get varied perspectives on managing them more effectively. The course covered areas of stress management, mindfulness, and a deep dive into understanding the science of emotions and intrinsic happiness. The course will enable attending participants from various organizations to implement the newly acquired Emotional Intelligence competencies to be more empathic leaders.
