Sohail University, in collaboration with the National Academy of Higher Education (NAHE), Islamabad, under the Mentoring Program for Universities (MPU), successfully conducted an insightful hands-on workshop titled “Leadership, Ethics, and Integrity” on May 18, 2026.
The insightful workshop was facilitated by distinguished Prof. Dr. Atif Mahmood, Principal, Medical College, JMDC, and focused on fostering professional leadership competencies, ethical decision-making, and organizational integrity within higher education. The core focus of the session was on cultivating principled leadership, ethical decision-making frameworks, and unwavering organizational integrity within higher education.
The workshop also contributed towards SDG 4 – Quality Education by strengthening academic support systems and promoting continuous professional development.
The workshop was organized by the Mentorship Program Committee (MPC), Sohail University, under the esteemed leadership of Prof. Dr. Shaista Emad (Chairperson, MPC-SU) and Prof. Dr. Nasim Karim (Focal Person, MPU-HEC).
