First of all, we all should understand that this month is not simply about worshiping with more dedication and changing our eating schedule and menu to even more luxurious items than usual routine, but it is more about making dedicated efforts to feel and share experiences of those suffering from hunger, starvation and financial hardships due to poverty.

The underlying purpose of fasting is to achieve self reflection, regulation and purification through:
