The Institute of Clinical Psychology, University of Karachi, organized an insightful workshop on “Dialectical Behavior Therapy Essentials,” facilitated by Dr. Shafaq Ali, Clinical Psychologist NHS, UK.
The session provided participants with a practical understanding of the core principles and skills of Dialectical Behavior Therapy, making it a valuable learning experience for mental health professionals and trainees.
The workshop concluded with Vote of Thanks delivered by Ms. Anita Hasan (Teaching Faculty) and Certificate Distribution graced by Prof. Dr. Sobia Aftab (Director, ICP).
