Commecs College

Commecs College Commecs College was founded in 1993 by Commecs Educational Trust-CET, a not-for-profit organization.

The college is situated in Gulistan-e-Jauhar and can be accessed from Safari Park (Off University Road) or Jauhar Mour (Rashid Minhas Road). The campus of the institute is purpose built having three storeys, which covers an area of 53,396 square feet. The well furnished class rooms, computer laboratory, library with audio visual facilities are main features of the institute that add to the COMMECS

ethos. An auditorium, a prayer hall, a conference room, a spacious cafeteria, a common room for girls and an in-door sports hall for boys are used throughout the year for co-curricular and extra-curricular activities which are the vital component of the COMMECS culture. Students can use the sports and training facilities available there. The college competes at city as well as at national levels in a number of sports events and has won laurels for itself in these competitions.

We were delighted to welcome our alumna Aisha Khan (Batch 2016) back to Commecs College for an engaging session with our students.

Session Topic: Alternate Career Choices

Aisha is a Senior Lecturer at FAST-NUCES Karachi and an accomplished English instructor, researcher, content writer, teacher trainer, writer, and educationist. She is currently pursuing her PhD in Applied Linguistics at NED University.

Her academic journey includes a BA (Hons) in English Literature** and a Master’s in English Linguistics from the University of Karachi, followed by an M.Phil in Applied Linguistics from Iqra University.

We are proud to recognize our Alumnus, Arsalan Zafar (Batch of 2013), for his remarkable journey in digital marketing, visual storytelling, and brand strategy.

Arsalan currently serves as Assistant Marketing Manager – Digital & Content at Golden Key Real Estate, Doha, where he leads content strategy, multimedia production, and digital engagement within Qatar’s luxury real estate sector.

With over 12 years of experience, his portfolio spans luxury retail, entertainment, and real estate, including photographing Mahira Khan’s UNHCR campaigns and contributing to the launch of Hublot’s first Pakistan boutique.
