Department of Physics, Khushal Khan Khattak University, Karak Celebrates International Year of Quantum Science and Technology (IYQST)
The Department of Physics at Khushal Khan Khattak University, Karak, proudly celebrated the International Year of Quantum Science and Technology (IYQST) with great enthusiasm. On this occasion, Prof. Fida Younus Khattak, former Vice Chancellor of Kohat University of Science and Technology, delivered an enlightening lecture on Quantum Mechanics and the recent Nobel Prize achievement in the field.
The seminar was attended by faculty members, university students, and students from affiliated colleges. Prof. Khattak’s insightful talk highlighted the fundamental concepts of quantum science, its modern advancements, and the impact of recent Nobel Prize–winning research on future technologies.
The session concluded with an engaging discussion and a question-and-answer session, during which participants expressed deep appreciation for the valuable knowledge shared. The Department of Physics reaffirmed its commitment to promoting scientific awareness and encouraging students to pursue knowledge and research in the field of quantum science.
