Khalil U Rahman Phul is the Head Master of Government Naz Pilot Secondary School Khairpur, Sindh’s oldest school and one of Asia’s largest secondary institutions. His inspiring journey from the banking sector to educational leadership reflects determination, discipline, and lifelong learning.

He began his academic journey at Shah Abdul Latif University Khairpur Mirs, earning a BBA, followed by an MBA from SZABIST Karachi. Expanding his passion for education, he completed MA Sindhi, B.Ed, and M.Ed, building a strong academic foundation across business, language, and education.

Before entering education, he spent seven years in the banking sector at Bank Al-Habib Limited, serving as Operations Manager and CD In-Charge. This experience equipped him with leadership, accountability, and institutional management skills rarely seen in education professionals.

In 2018, he successfully cleared the competitive JEST examination and joined the School Education & Literacy Department of Sindh. After four years of dedicated teaching, he cleared the prestigious Head Master qualification examination in 2025, achieving another milestone in a career built on perseverance.

What truly distinguishes him is his exceptional competitive examination record. He has qualified Lectureship and Subject Specialist examinations three times and cleared the Saving Officer exam conducted by Federal Public Service Commission, along with several other competitive tests.

Today, he leads one of Pakistan’s most historic schools, inspiring thousands of students daily and proving that persistence, discipline, and continuous learning create true leadership.

Closing Ceremony of SSC Part I & II Examinations – BISE Sukkur
Today, the examinations of SSC Part I & II under BISE Sukkur concluded successfully at Government Naz Pilot Secondary School Khairpur. The closing ceremony was held in a dignified manner, marking the end of this important academic responsibility.
Special appreciation is extended to the Internal Superintendent, Khalil-ur-Rehman (HM NAZ), for his dedicated supervision and effective management throughout the examination process.
We are also highly thankful to Sir Nabi Bux Makwal Sahib, Sir Sher Ali Wassan Sahib, Sir Fayaz Hussain Mari Sahib, Sir Muhammad Iqbal Sahib, Sir Najam Uddin Mangi Sahib, Sir Saeed Ahmed Larik Sahib, and Sir Wali Muhammad Sial Sahib for their sincere efforts, commitment, and teamwork.

Annual examinations from Primary to Grade Eight have started successfully.
All classrooms were inspected, and examinations are being conducted smoothly under the supervision of the Examination Supervisor.
The examination conducting staff and paper-collection team are performing their duties responsibly.
Question papers and answer copies have been provided to students in an organized and timely manner.
All concerned staff are appreciated for their cooperation and adherence to examination SOPs.

A brief teachers’ meeting was held at Government Naz Pilot Secondary School Khairpur to review preparation for the Local Examination and evaluate overall annual academic performance. Teachers discussed syllabus coverage, students’ readiness, and practical steps to improve teaching and learning. The meeting concluded with a shared commitment to teamwork, student support, and continuous improvement for the betterment of the school.

Today, an SMC meeting was successfully held at Government NAZ Pilot Secondary School under the chairmanship of Mr. Inayat Ullah Dahot.
The meeting was attended by Sir Hamidullah Mahar (Ex-DEO), Sir Sher Ali Wassan (FA), Abdul Shakoor, Babu Fazal Kareem Sahib, Sir Gul Hassan Phulpoto, Sir Mukhtiar Hussain Solangi, Sir Sharaf Chandio, and Sir Mairaj Uddin Arain Sahib.
The agenda included local and district examinations, review of the concluding academic year, overall school performance, and planning for the new academic year.
