Minhaj University Sports Club Sports are an integral part of the extracurricular activities at Minhaj University . Sports are an integral part of the extracurricular activities at MUL.

Some highlights of the sports agenda include league tournaments of badminton, basketball, cricket, hockey, soccer, Lawn tennis ,table tennis. Apart from on-campus activities, students take an active part in inter-collegiate tournaments such as Cricket, Badminton, Tug-of-War, Table Tennis and other physical activities.

HEC Intervarsity Basketball Zone-G Men Championship 2026 is ongoing at UVAS from 09 June 2026 to 10 June 2026. After a thrilling qualifier match between MUL and BNU, MUL secured a strong victory with a score of 45–29 and qualified for the final. The final match will be played tomorrow at UVAS Basketball Court between UVAS vs MUL. We hope for the best performance from both teams.

The Directorate of Sport Minhaj University Lahore successfully organized the MUL Interdepartmental open 7A side Football League 2026. Football tournament in which 8 Departments teams participated all matches are very interesting but the final match was played between Criminology Lads Fc and CS Markhors Fc was held on May 22,2026 at Minhaj University Football ground Lahore match level score by 0-0 final results penalty kicks Criminology Lads Fc won scores by 4-3 the Department of Criminology secured 1st position, the Department of Computer Science achieved 2nd position. The tournament concluded successfully with active participation and appreciation for all teams and organizers.

Bunyan-ul-Marsoos Taekwondo championship Male & Female 2026 was successfully organized by Directorate of Sports Minhaj University Lahore. The championship was held on 22 May 2026 at MUL Sports Gymnasium at the closing day of one month Martialarts, Fitness & self defence training camp with the objective of promoting sportsmanship, teamwork, leadership, and healthy extracurricular activities among students. A total of 30 athletes participated in the Male championship and 35 in Female Championship. The Championship witnessed enthusiastic participation from students and strong support from faculty members and university management.

The Inter-Department Cricket Tournament 2026, organized by the Directorate of Sports, was successfully held from May 13 to May 15, 2026, at the university cricket ground. The event aimed to promote sportsmanship, teamwork, leadership, and healthy extracurricular activities among students.

A total of 34 teams from various departments participated in the tournament. The event received enthusiastic participation from students along with full support from faculty members and the university administration. The organizing committee efficiently managed all aspects of the tournament, including venue arrangements, scheduling, scorekeeping, discipline, media coverage, and team coordination.

The final match was played between Falcons and Emerging Stars. The Department of Criminology (Emerging Stars) delivered an outstanding performance and emerged as the tournament champions, while the Department of Computer Sciences (Falcons) secured second place. Islamic Studies (New Campus) claimed the third position.

The Cricket Team emerged as the Champions of FCCU Olympiad 2026 after defeating FCCU Blue by 38 runs in the final match.

Batting first, Minhaj University scored 127/3 in 10 overs, powered by a magnificent unbeaten 100 runs by Hussnain Qamar. In response, FCCU Blue were restricted to 89/7, with Hasnain Qamer taking 3 wickets.

The team displayed outstanding performance, teamwork, and sportsmanship throughout the tournament to secure the championship title.
