The gathering was further graced by the presence of Mr. Rana Mashhood Ahmad Khan, Chairman, Prime Minister’s Youth Programme, and Federal Minister Khel Das Kohistani, who joined the interaction and shared their valuable perspectives.
The meeting provided an important platform to discuss opportunities for advancing digital literacy, youth empowerment, professional skills, entrepreneurship, innovation, and capacity building across Pakistan.

Students of CDLBM had the privilege of visiting the Pakistan High Commission in London and participating in an inspiring and meaningful Youth Engagement Session focused on youth leadership, civic participation, diplomacy, skills development, and opportunities for young Pakistanis.

The session was delivered by Mr. Rizwan Anwar, Special Representative to the Prime Minister’s Youth Programme, and Ms. Maha Jamil, who engaged with students on the evolving role of young people in national development and international engagement.

The interactive session provided students with an opportunity to exchange ideas, ask questions, and gain valuable insights into youth leadership, public service, international relations, and the role of Pakistan’s young generation in shaping the future.

The Executive Team of the Centre for Digital Literacy & Business Management (CDLBM) had the honour of meeting 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗿. 𝗤𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗿 𝗨𝗹 𝗜𝘀𝗹𝗮𝗺 𝗥𝗮𝗷𝗮, 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗡𝗔𝗩𝗧𝗧𝗖, for a productive and insightful discussion on the future of skills development and youth empowerment in Pakistan.
The meeting focused on strengthening technical and vocational education, digital skills, industry-oriented training, entrepreneurship, employability, and emerging opportunities for Pakistan’s youth.

Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif, at the International Youth Day celebrations and Youth Employment Policy (YEP) launch.

The award recognizes her outstanding contribution to women’s empowerment, skills development, and increased participation of women in Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET)—helping create pathways for women to gain employable skills, enter the workforce, become entrepreneurs, and contribute meaningfully to Pakistan’s economic growth.

Representing the Prime Minister’s Youth Programme (PMYP) , Mr. Rizwan Anwar, Special Representative for International Linkages & Youth Development to the PM Youth Programme, delivered a keynote address presenting Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif’s vision for a digitally empowered, innovation-driven Pakistan. He highlighted Pakistan’s rapidly expanding digital ecosystem, growing software exports, vibrant startup landscape, and the immense potential of the country's youth to drive economic growth and technological advancement.

Mr. Anwar also emphasized the transformative impact of the Prime Minister’s Youth Digital Skills Development Programme, implemented in collaboration with NAVTTC, along with initiatives focused on entrepreneurship, startup facilitation, and international partnerships. He noted that equipping young Pakistanis with future-ready skills is essential for enabling them to compete and succeed in the global digital economy.

𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗗𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗟𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘆 & 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 (𝗖𝗗𝗟𝗕𝗠), in collaboration with the Prime Minister’s Youth Programme (PMYP) and the University of Home Economics Lahore, successfully organized the seminar “𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗮-𝗲-𝗛𝗮𝗾: 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 & 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆.”

The event brought together students, academia, and national leaders to inspire patriotism, responsible citizenship, and youth leadership in the digital era. Distinguished speakers including Air Vice Marshal (R) Sajid Habib, HI(M), and Brigadier (R) Ghazanfar Ali Syed, SI(M), highlighted the sacrifices of Pakistan’s Armed Forces and emphasized the importance of national resilience, technology, and unity.

Mr. Rizwan Anwar, Special Representative to the Prime Minister’s Youth Programme, attended as Guest of Honour and delivered the keynote address. He emphasized the vital role of Artificial Intelligence, Cyber Security, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship in shaping Pakistan’s future, encouraging youth to become ambassadors of digital progress, economic growth, and national harmony.

The seminar concluded with engaging discussions, active student participation, and a collective pledge towards unity, responsibility, and a stronger Pakistan.
